We are transitioning into spring from a cold winter. Just as the seasons change, change is a constant. Evolution is change – grow or die.
But, on the other hand, we are resistant to change; it is human nature to like things just the way they are. The status quo is familiar and comfortable.
As project managers we have to deal with change. The most important aspect of change management is communication. Early communication of the who, what, when and why of change will facilitate a smooth transition, acceptance and adoption.
In this month’s newsletter we are introducing two new changes: a monthly column with interviews and reviews by Nancy and a practical tools, tips and techniques column by Joseph. I hope you enjoy their articles!
